A three pack of 2022 Cider of the Arve 

Cider of the Arve is made with 100% cider apples, ground harvested by us and grown organically by Our Mates Farm in Geeveston.

After curing the apples, the fruit was pressed and fermented in tanks and barrels. Enough residual sugar was captured in the winter for bottle carbonation. The cider was disgorged in the autumn after 9 months on lees.

This blend contains frequin rouge, yarlington mill, kingston black, cemetiere du blangy and antoinette apples. A long and slow fermentation allowed us to retain some sweetness in the ripe apples, balancing the tannin rich bittersweet varieties used. 

This is the perfect drink to enjoy year round, but there  is something special about drinking this in the spring as the apple trees bloom and begin to create the fruit we will harvest in 2024.
